Job Description

This position provides administrative support for The Society of MSK’s patient care and fundraising programs and events. Responsibilities include project support, meeting and event planning, revenue tracking, preparation of correspondence as well as telephone coverage and scheduling matters.

We are:

The Development Team is seeking a talented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic group. As an Administrative Assistant for The Society of MSK, you will be responsible for communication with Society Board members on administrative matters. You will coordinate monthly executive meetings and provide fundraising and provide project and event support.

You Will:

  • Prepare/produce accurate documents including memos, agendas, presentations, and processes

  • Work with the team to foster the growth of new initiatives within the department.

  • Use your strong customer service and multi-tasking abilities to support the team providing support/cross coverage as needed.

  • Work on ad-hoc projects as directed by department leadership

  • Support the team across a variety of digital pro

You have:

  • Bachelors degree preferred plus one year of experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Strong prioritization, attention to detail and organizational skills
