Job Description

We are seeking anAssociate Clinical Directorfor ourRadiation Oncology Department.

You will:

  • Have direct oversight of therapy operations, administration, therapist personnel, operating budget, and administrative functions across all sites.

  • Provide assurance of implementation and maintenance of standardized radiation therapy practice, through direct and consistent management of all radiation therapy site leaders.

  • Be responsible for the operational and standardized performance of the therapy services across sites (NY & NJ) and provides a growth platform that strategically aligns with departmental and institutional objectives.

  • Manage certified and licensed radiation therapists for sectional practices. All Chief Therapists at each identified clinical sites work under the direction of the Associate Clinical Director, reporting directly to the Departmental Senior Director.

  • Maintain/Manage Multi-site Patient Care Scope/Standards of Practice.

You need:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a related science or psychosocial domain applicable to healthcare with 3-5 years experience (Master’s degree with 5+ years experience preferred.

  • Ability to provide broad administrative, technical, clinical, and professional knowledge and significant job-related experience to function as an internal consultant/researcher and/or assume managerial responsibility in a specialized functional unit of the organization.

  • Certified and registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in radiation therapy. Must be licensed in Radiation therapy by New York and New Jersey.#LI-POST
