TheOrganizational Change Management (OCM)Training Leadplays a key role in HR initiatives meeting their business objectives by focusing on the people aspect of the change. This person will focus on educating and empowering employees to accept the change–-including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures. This highly visible role requires a candidate who is forward-thinking, can interact with senior leadership and has a strong track record of success in organizational change, communications, employee engagement and change leadership.
Develop and implement training strategy, plans and/or curriculum to support new HR technologies, policies and/or processes
Deliver in-person and video training to managers, employees, HR Functional users, and other identified end users
Design and develop comprehensive training materials and supplemental documents, included but not limited to instructor-led training courses, facilitator guides, training videos, quick reference cards, computer-based training, job aids, etc. that assures competency in the new processes or systems
Conduct learning needs analysis and use results to define training needs and appropriate strategies specific to departmental populations
Define the training needed for specific audiences
Collaborate with business units across MSK to develop strategies to best reach their constituents
Oversee tracking and reporting regarding attendance at systems training sessions; manage online registration site related to training.
Develop and deliver “train-the-trainer” curriculum and materials to support training initiatives when necessary
Research and recommend alternative and innovative learning solutions, technology and methods to promote employee engagement
Use the Learning Management System to house and facilitate training where appropriate
Support the development of internal employee communication strategy and tactics, by working closely with the program/project’s OCM workstream lead
Assist in the creation of communication materials and talking points for stakeholders
Support mechanisms for establishing systematic and regular communications with employees.
Support project teams in integrating OCM activities into their project plans
Work to drive adoption and ownership of change by working with affected business units across the organization
Build collaborative relationships throughout the entirety of change initiatives.
Help identify and support stakeholders across the organization as it pertains to the program/project
Work closely with HRBPs to make sure there is alignment is the OCM work be developed

5+ years of hands-on systems training experience
Previous experience in Instructional Design work and demonstrated ability to develop and deliver training courses via digital vehicles as well as classroom delivery
Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver effective presentations for diverse audiences.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to quickly absorb new concepts and ideas
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Previous Experience building content and using LMS systems required.#LI-POST
