Job Description

Do you want to join an innovative team and contribute to cancer research? Are you excited to work in a collaborative group reaching the whole MSK clinical research enterprise?

We are looking for an enthusiastic problem solver to join the Clinical Research Informatics and Technology (CRIT) unit as aClinical Trials Management System (CTMS) Analyst. At MSK, we’re running one of the largest clinical trials programs for cancer in the country, and at any time we are conducting hundreds of clinical trials to improve cancer care. On the CRIT team, we are responsible for supporting the technology and systems needs in our vast clinical research program at MSK. In this role, you will be intrinsically involved in the CTMS rollout and maintenance by providing support to CTMS users and building the protocol calendars in CTMS. Additionally, you will engage with these users to promote a better understand of the system, how it works and how useful it can be as a comprehensive tool for clinical trial’s participant tracking.

You Will:

  • Conduct all study calendar building activities in the OnCore CTMS. You will collaborate with clinical research departments and external vendor to design, develop, test and release study calendars in OnCore.

  • Provide end user support and training related to CTMS in collaboration with other CTMS project partners.

  • Participate in on-site evaluation of new versions, patches, and maintenance upgrades and performs testing as needed.

  • Serve as the point of contact for any calendar building and CTMS support and technical questions at MSK for MSK and non-MSK users.

  • An effective communicator, determining how best to reach different audiences and executing communications based on that understanding.

  • Flexible in your approach and demeanor to align with the shifting demands of evolving circumstances.

You Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred) with at least 2 years of clinical research experience.

  • Experience with CTMS, preferably OnCore.

  • Strong communication skills, information management skills, computer skills and administrative skills required.
