The Compliance Department at MSK is seeking aCompliance Support Coordinatorto join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing operations and project support to the Compliance Department’s Conflict of Interest program through office management, meeting coordination and support, stakeholder engagement and support, data analysis and reporting, compliance monitoring, and document management. Provide administrative, operations, and project support to the Conflict of Interest program within Compliance through meeting and schedule coordination, systems management, data analysis, tracking, and reporting, document management, and office management.
Manage and triage questions and requests from stakeholders.
Prepare meeting materials for the Conflict of Interest Committee and other committee meetings. Track and document COI training compliance.
Run routine reports from MSK’s disclosure system for various COI program needs, and perform routine administrative tasks, including maintaining and updating internal spreadsheets, databases, and disclosure system data.
Coordinate special projects.
Exceptionally organized and efficient in organization and execution of responsibilities and tasks.
An effective communicator in both verbal and written communications, capable of determining how best to reach different audiences and executing communications based on that understanding.
Willing to take action and eager to adopt new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm.
Capable of building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.
Adept at planning and prioritizing work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals.
Capable of anticipating and balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s with 2-4 years of relevant work experience.#LI-POST
