The Learning and Organization Development Department (L&OD) provides consulting services to enhance and improve organizational, departmental, and individual performance. We are committed to developing employees at all levels through a variety of programs, workshops, lectures, coaching, and more. You Will:

  • Partner with and influence leaders across the organization to grow the talent that is needed to sustain MSK’s excellence and premier status.

  • Lead a center of excellence engaging in talent development initiatives at all levels, overseeing the design and delivery of classroom, blended, and on-line learning programs.

  • Direct organization-wide efforts to integrate learning technology into new and existing learning programs.

  • Lead the strategy, development, implementation, and maintenance of MSK's competency-based classroom curriculum, regulatory/compliance on-line curriculum, and deployment of new training methodology that incorporates the latest technologies.

  • Oversee, coach, and develop a professional-level team in the execution of large scale talent development initiatives, maintaining a reputation of excellence within the organization.

  • Participate in the design and facilitation ofhigh impact senior level leadership development programs.

  • Facilitate one-on-one coaching engagements with internal clients to meet performance and development needs.

  • Determine financial return on investment, negotiate with vendors, and be financially accountable for effective implementation of talent development initiatives.

You Need:

  • 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in talent development, organization development and/or talent management

  • Master’s degree in Organization Development/Psychology/Leadership or related discipline
