As theAgile Transformation Lead, you will report to the office of the. Claus is a seasoned technology executive whose arrival this fall heralds a new era for us as an institution. The Chief Digital Office will serve as the lead for all tech and digital at MSK.
With center-wide leadership support, we are driving forward new ideas, innovation, testing and the development of new digital products and services to support patients, researchers, and clinicians. Our technical teams are embracing agile methodologies and user-centered design to build products that will improve the patient journey. We look forward to enhancing our use of data, analytics, and technology to improve how we work and collaborate.
Understand the unique opportunities and challenges associated with enterprise agility
Create a culture of agile thinking as well as agile practices across all things digital and technology for MSK
Establish high-performing teams who embrace cross-functional work and end-to-end delivery
Shape the ecosystem for success by defining agile metrics and tools
Coach teams underground for critical, complex initiatives spanning the institution
Lead Organizational Change by collaborating with key stakeholders to drive the lean-agile mindset across MSK
Agile Delivery Transformation leader with 10+ years of execution experience, preferably with mid-large size organizations serving as a change agent, mentor for teams, Scrum Master, Product Owner/Manager across groups
Proven success driving Agile transformations from start to finish
Change management experience embedding Agile (SAFe, Kanban, Scrum) in SDLC within large matrixed organizations.
Strategic thinker who can dive deep when needed, values innovation, and continuous learning
Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred.
