We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRPB)/Senior HR Business Partner to join our midtown-based team. We have over 16,000 employees at MSK. Each area is represented by its own BP, familiar with that area’s priorities and intricacies. We are a diverse and passionate group who act as internal consultants to the institute.

Build and maintain effective relationships and develop a proven knowledge of the organization’s structure, roles, goals and challenges.
A minimum of 8-10 years work experience and at least 3 years in HR, with ER experience and experience with various HR practices (e.g., compensation, recruitment, OD, etc).
Ability to see the big picture and be attentive to detail
