We are seeking a talentedMultimedia Producer to join ourCommunications team.
Develop a range of multimedia projects from concept to execution.
Demonstrate strong writing skills with the ability to convey complex topics into lay friendly language.
Strategically develop compelling 1- to-5-minute videos and animations that highlight key messages and support brand goals.
Produce end-to-end content for both videos and live-stream productions including creative direction, filming, and post-production editing while providing technical and creative direction and support.
Coordinate timelines, logistics, shoot schedules, edit schedules, budgets and staffing for multiple projects, including quick turnaround projects.
Identify and book resources for each project (crew/equipment/space); Develop and manage external video partners including videographers, editors and producers.
Create, plan, and maintain production calendar, workflows and asset management.
Collaborate with internal partners in building short and long-term planning for multimedia content.
Provide insight in planning video content across all key channels including web, social and intranet.
Creatively shoot and edit select projects.
A story-teller with an eye for a good story.
A strategic thinker who is forward-thinking, organized and can work collaboratively with a team as well as internal and external partners.
Skilled at tracking and reporting data analytics, and establishing success metrics in the development of high-quality, engaging video content.
Proactive, and ability to troubleshoot and handle the unexpected.
A Bachelor's degree in Communications with 5-7 years (9 years or more experience for applicants without a Bachelor’s degree) of relevant experience including ability to shoot & edit video.
Hands on experience writing and developing scripts, producing videos, live-streams and podcasts, and conceptualizing animations.
Graphics experience is a plus.
Knowledge of budgeting projects.
Excellent project management skills.
Highly organized and able to manage clinical staff time effectively.
